Basil was the youngest and smallest kitten in his litter but I felt he had many features which were desirable in our breeding programme. He has a fantastic temperament and a nice coat from his dam. I feel his ears are better placed and shorter than his sire. He has a lovely thick tail and a good profile
He will be a big boy, although I am not sure he’ll be as big as his sire. Basil is just a few points away from his TICA champion title. He finalled at his first adult show at exactly 8 months old. He is much bigger and well defined now. Although dwarfed by his sire in the pen next to him!
Basil has already mated Ana this year and we are expecting his first litter shortly. Basil scanned HCM clear this year.
